Guidelines

  1. Set-up: Friday 8:00am to 6:00pm. Saturday 8:00am, booths may be released at 8:30. Call if you will be late.
  2. Space must be occupied both days.
  3. No food or drinks can be sold inside or outside except in concessions.
  4. No pets allowed inside the building.
  5. If you know you can not make Trade Days, tell us the month before and pay to reserve your space for the next month.
  6. During the month, if you need to cancel, call the office, at this time you need to send in rent for the next Trade Days.
  7. If you are not in your space by 8:30am, your space will be non-refundable.
  8. Spaces cannot be subleased.
  9. Teardown: Must be packed and off the grounds by 6:00pm. If you are staying overnight Sunday, notify the office.
  10. No stakes can be put in the ground on new pavement.
  11. Tents must have a base to protect the pavement.
  12. Do not put grease or glass in barrels. Please put in dumpsters behind building.
